Accessible Concierge Healthcare
Nonprofit Direct Primary Care
What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care employs a single, flat membership fee, which covers all basic primary care services, in lieu of fee-for-service pricing models used (and set) by insurance. By cutting out third-party billers and by operating without a consumer mark-up as a nonprofit, we can cut costs and spend more time with our patients. Learn more here.
Our Mission as a Nonprofit
We believe high-quality primary care should be accessible to all regardless of socioeconomic status. As a nonprofit, we provide free healthcare to the uninsured and undocumented or to individuals who are very low income living across the East Bay. If you believe you may qualify, contact us here.
What Makes Us Unique?
In addition to basic primary care services, we have a kitchen and chef in-house for hands-on instruction in “food as medicine” and healthy meal-prep. We also provide comprehensive newborn care and lactation support, massage therapy, movement workshops, after-school classes, and point-of-care lab testing for immediate health monitoring. We speak Spanish, Mandarin, and Arabic.
