You want fast access and a doctor who has the time to understand your whole health—body, mind, and lifestyle. Your membership supports our Foundation Patients and free community programs.

Foundation Patients
If you’re uninsured or unable to access timely care, you may qualify for one of our no-cost programs funded by our Concierge Members and generous donors. You receive the same dignified care as our Concierge Members.

How it Works
1. Learn about Our Doctors

2. Schedule a Meet & Greet
Attend a short, no-pressure visit with one or both of our doctors. This is a chance to ask questions, learn about their approaches, and see who is the right fit for you.
3. Simple Membership, No Insurance Billing
We operate on a membership model and do not take insurance. However, you can use your insurance for labs, imaging, medications, and specialist referrals.
4. Care That Meets You Where You Are
We care for patients of all ages and financial situations. Our membership model also supports our nonprofit work, expanding access to care for people in our community who might otherwise go without.
5. Get Started
If you decide to join, we’ll schedule your comprehensive 90-minute new patient visit and can often offer appointments the same week.
