Join chef Cindy Gershen for cooking fun on select Wednesdays. Kids will learn basic kitchen safety, cooking skills appropriate for their age, and healthy foods that the whole family can enjoy. The last class will be open to parents so you can cook together with your child!
We will pick up your kids from Lafayette Elementary School at the “walkers” area and walk them to our facility (911 Moraga Road).

Tuesdays Art with Kids: Art and Play with Dr. Hu (1st - 3rd graders) $125.00

Join Dr. Tracy Hu for art and physical play on select Tuesdays. The kids will learn basic art skills as well as engage in a variety of fun movement games--all with principles of mindfulness interwoven throughout.

Special Event with Guest Teacher Jennifer Hong--Moving with Kindness toward the Self: A Biomechanical Approach to Yoga
This gentle and invigorating yoga class views the human skeleton as a universal framework yet allows for each person’s unique structure and ability. Often yoga asana aims for linear poses and shapes, even though our design is much more complex. Informed by years of practicing different forms of yoga, dance, and research in the Axis Syllabus, Jen slowly builds a practice that is meditative, functional, and fun!
